PURbox in terms of fire safety

PURbox is a prefabricated concealed element that is integrated within ETICS as a preparation for the installation of exterior blinds and blinds and at the same time insulation of the lintel and connection joint. See detail in attach no. 1 and recommended solution for integration into ETICS in attach no. 2.

PURbox is made of purenit structural board and PIR insulation. Both materials fall into the category of duroplastic materials (does not burn, does not melt, does not drip). They are classified in flammability class E (DIN EN 13501-1) and material class B2 (DIN 4102-1). More in attach 3 and 4.

PURbox is standardly used as a building element in family houses, public and commercial buildings with a height of up to the 6th floor.

If higher fire resistance is required, purenit C structural board is used. Reaction to fire - non-flammable, non-melting, non-drip. It is classified in flammability class B (DIN EN 13501-1), see attach 5.
