Purenit boxes belong to the most efficient concealed systems for installing exterior blinds.

Their assembly is very quick and simple, and even a layman can handle it with the right instructions. It is carried out either in prepared pockets in the lintel area, or above the window in contact insulation.

Types of boxes:

PB



PB - a U-shaped box made of Purenit. It is mainly used when the lintel is already insulated. In the contact thermal insulation system, it creates space for exterior blinds from a material that works with it.

PBI



PBI - Purenit box with insulation - PIR insulation is available in widths of between 30 and 60 mm. This is the most commonly used and most effective version.

PBL



PBL - an L-shaped box made of Purenit. It has similar specifications to the PB version, but it takes up even less space in the contact thermal insulation system.

Types of purenit boxes

  1. ASSEMBLY U PROFILES


    Assembly U profiles are not only a load-bearing element of the box, but they also form a functional and aesthetic part of the connection of the box insulation to the window frame. They are supplied in RAL colors, structures, or basic renolit foils.


  2. CONCEALED MOLDINGS


    Finishing moldings on the front of the box. As standard, they are supplied as untreated aluminum so they can be applied to the facade after penetration treatment and then the whole part can be embedded into clean plaster. They are available in various depths to allow additional insulation to be applied to the front of the box or to apply wood, brick, or other paneling. Finishing moldings can also be supplied in a lacquered version or in renolit on request.

  3. PURENIT


    Purenit is a construction board based on polyurethane rigid foam (PIR), which is completely harmless to health. It forms the supporting part of the box. Products are strong, light, and screw easily into it. The material is resistant to chemicals, high temperatures, and humidity, and has excellent compressive strength and thermal insulation properties. It does not swell or crack.

  4. PIR INSULATION


    These are insulating boards made from PIR. They form the back of the box and effectively insulate the lintel and the connection joints of the window. They are harmless to health and resistant to high temperatures, humidity, and mold.
